There have been many throughout the community that have reached out to me about who I’d be supporting in the local Republican primaries. In particular to one race, I have had individuals from both sides reach out to me asking me to publicly endorse their candidate. The choice is clear.
I support Andy Rutten for St. Joseph County Council - District I. Andy has been on the forefront fighting against COVID mandates, divisive CRT initiatives within government organizations and has played a key role in preventing PHM Schools from increasing the property tax rate in 2023. If you want someone that will represent YOU and fight for YOU, Andy is your guy. Lastly, I would be remise if I didn’t say, Andy will represent the PEOPLE of his district above anyone else.
